Jelqing techniques facts

For centuries, man has wanted to possess a large penis. Having a small penis has always symbolized inadequacy and has been a source of embarrassment for many. On the other hand, a large manhood makes men believe that they are some sort of an ‘Alpha Male’.

Jelqing is a form of exercise that results in enlargement of the penis. For over a thousand years, the men of the middle-east are known to practice Jelqing. They undertook Jelqing to not just increase the size of their penis, but also turned it into a hobby. Over the years scientists all over the world have conducted studies and researches and are now able to say that Jelqing works.

The first ever study on the Jelqing technique was performed by an English doctor by the name of Dr. Brian Richards, in the year 1970. He selected a group of men and taught them the Jelqing technique. He made them practice Jelqing for a period of 3 months. The result of the study was that, at the end of the 3 months almost 90 percent of the men had an increase in the size of their penis. The doctor believed that the remaining 10 percent of the men did not follow the instructions given to them or gave up mid way.  The average increase in size of the penis was less than 1 inch in girth and 1.4 inches in length. Dr. Brian Richards was of the opinion that if these men continued with Jelqing exercises they would experience a further increase in size.

The Technique:

Jelqing involves massage techniques that cause an increase in blood flow to the penis. This results in the expansion of the corpora cavernosa tissue. When this happens regularly over a period of time, the size of the penis is increased. The main points to be borne in mind while Jelqing is that it needs to done on a daily basis and it needs to be done slowly and gradually. Some people mistake it for masturbation. Jelqing is not masturbation but a form of exercise.

The first step to Jelqing is the warm up. The heat that is applied on the penis will ensure that the penis draws more blood during Jelqing, which is essential for the success of the exercise. Initially it is important to massage the penis to reach the semi-tumescent stage. A cloth or towel should be soaked in warm water. After which it needs to be wrapped around the penis. This should be done for a minimum duration of three minutes. Another way to warm up is to stroke a semi-erect penis in a tub of warm water.

Once the warm up has been done a few simple steps need to be followed to get desired results. They are:

  • The first step is to use some kind of lubricant. It needs to be used to lubricate both the hands and the penis. It can be a cream or oil.
  • Face the palm of the left hand towards yourself and make an ‘ok’ symbol.
  • The base of the flaccid penis needs to be grasped. It has to be held by the circle that is made by the index finger and the thumb.
  • The ‘ok’ symbol now needs to be made by the right hand.
  • With the palm of the right hand facing outwards the penis needs to be milked slowly and steadily.
  • This exercise regime needs to be done for an hour to get maximum results. A minimum of half an hour is essential.

This technique ensures a stream of blood passes from the base of the penis to the head through the shaft. Jelqing does not work if the penis is erect. The penis should ideally be in a flaccid condition during the exercise.

Some Facts:

The penis will not respond to the exercise if proper warm up does not take place. The next point to focus on is the pressure one exerts on the penis during Jelqing. When an individual is practicing Jelqing for the first time it is essential for him to know the exact amount of pressure to be exerted. Excess pressure will result in pain and discomfort. On the other hand less or inappropriate pressure will render the exercise futile.

Jelqing has produced results for many men across the world. Those who have practiced it regularly and correctly have seen considerable amount of increases in the size of their penis. An increase of anything between 1 to 3 inches can be expected only after months of Jelqing.
